I am the owner and operator of Urban Boutique Hotel in San Diego. I hired Phil Lewis and 5th Quarter to manage all of our tech services. This was very complex as we had to have integration of systems of our management system, booking engine, telephone system and a few other systems. I literally hired 5th Quarter and never thought about it again. Everything was handled perfectly. I hate all things tech and it was great to have them handle everything and know it was handled well. They also worked on our internet and cable TV service. I own a sports bar/restaurant as well which is being remodeled. 5th Quarter has already been retained to manage all tech related items for that project as well.
