Phil Lewis
Chief Executive Officer

Phil Lewis is responsible for managing the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and for all interactions with clients, employees, investors and other stakeholders. As CEO, Mr. Lewis is 5th Quarter's primary decision maker and policy maker, setting the tone for the company's values, ethics and culture. He has served on 5th Quarter's board of directors since its inception.
Mr. Lewis personifies 5th Quarter's commitment to delivering the highest quality services to its clients around the world. He has built a reputation for his strong work ethic, results-oriented consensus building and exceptional ability to forge and maintain major client relationships.
Mr. Lewis brings significant experience to 5th Quarter's senior management team.
Prior to FifthQ, he was part of the management team at Empower Solutions where he led teams that specifically focused on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for clients whose needs involved strategic planning, and large scale systems implementation.
He attended the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
Angelica Nassar

Ms. Nassar is responsible for all international sales relationships. As Director of International Sales, her focus is on building the right relationships and ensuring the client's needs and wants are fulfilled. With the client, she helps identify company requirements specific to their industry or situation and ensures that the talent and expertise that 5th Quarter has to offer compliments their needs.
Prior to coming on board with 5th Quarter, Ms. Nassar worked at one of the big five consulting firms for 6 years where she managed highly intricate and complex IT solutions projects from beginning to end. Her main focus and expertise, however, lies in the business process side of things. Ms. Nassar headed up the Vendor Payment Services division of Accenture US and lead efforts to set up similar processes in Europe, including setting up the office in Prague. Other areas of expertise includes process outsourcing, where she managed a team of consultants to move complex business functions to India for the oil & gas industry and the products industry, as well as web development projects, where she played a functional & managerial role during the design, implementation, testing and quality assurance phases.
Ms. Nassar brings her extensive knowledge in work plan management and business process consulting to the 5th Quarter team. She is familiar with internal and external projects in numerous industries and is meticulous when it comes to execution.
Charla Lovelace

Ms. Lovelace has overall responsibility for the staffing division. She formulates the strategy for staffing the best talent. As Director of Staffing Practices, she acts as a liaison between our recruiters, clients, and candidates, to ensure the very best service that can be offered. She has worked and built relationships in the Technology industry for over 15 years and is well known for her strong work ethic, integrity, and positive focused business practices.
Jonathan English
Lead - Technology & Delivery

Mr. English is head of the Technology & Delivery Division. He has managed many technical teams and projects for both the private and public sectors. His past experience with technical architecture, technical work plans, quality assurance reviews, and implementations provide a good leadership and overview for the responsibilities for all of 5th Quarter's technology, quality and delivery capabilities.
He has expertise in large and complex business transformation and systems integration projects.
