Our clients select 5th Quarter because of our people. Hearing a client talk about the great work our team delivers each day is a real highlight for me. Why? Because I know that our people—and their knowledge, ideas and know-how—ensure that we bring the best of 5th Quarter to help our clients with their goals.

Recruiting is clearly key to our success. Our new people bring a range of skills to 5th Quarter, including highly-skilled IT Services and Outsourcing experience in the industries we serve, as well as deep business process and technical expertise based on real-world experience.

This is exciting progress and reflects growth in our business. But just as important is the robust investment we make in our people across the entire company. For example, we invest in training for our people. We make this commitment for many reasons. Quite simply, we need to be relevant to our clients, and our people need deep capabilities that reflect the latest thinking and innovations—as well as superior delivery skills. Also, through our training and professional development programs, we foster a common culture across our global organization and encourage knowledge sharing—all of which support our differentiated marketplace position.

I believe a significant part of my job is ensuring that our people are educated, energized and inspired. I’ve always believed the company with the best people wins.
